LAST WEEK-No Internet since morning till evening! Just realized there is no complaint number tracking system in place. No X or no Mobile App. called customer service they say its due to cable cut with no clear time line as to when the services would be restored. Took new 6 months connection. Your speed is good and prices are reasonable. But please improve your services to avoid long outage issues. I hope this will not be a recurring thing and hope to give 5 stars after my one month experience of using your hopefully improved services. Update- After one month didnot encounter further long outages. Lost internet for some time but it was shortly back due to good customer service support even during late/early hours.
