Wave Fiber Online Refund Policy

1.All Sales are Final
All recharge sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

2.User Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct account number and any charges that result from their purchases. Wave Fiber is not liable for recharges made to an incorrect account.

3.Refund Eligibility
If your recharge was not delivered within 24 hours after successful payment, you may be eligible for a full refund.

4.How to Claim a Refund

5.Refund Processing
Upon confirmation of a failed recharge (where payment was made but service was not delivered), the amount will be refunded within 7 working days from the date of receiving your complaint.

Equipment Ownership and Usage Policy

1.Device Ownership
Devices such as the Android Box, IPTV Box, ONU, and Router provided by CBB remain the exclusive property of CBB.

2.Restrictions on Use
Subscribers are not authorized to sell, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal with the equipment.

3.Usage Guidelines

1.Devices must be used as per the user manual provided.

2.Any damage from misuse is the subscriber’s responsibility.

4.Return on Termination
In case of account termination or expiration, the subscriber must return all equipment in full working condition, including:

1.Ultra Smart Hub

2.Remote Control

3.Power Adapter

4.HDMI/AV Cable

5.Relocation Responsibility
If the subscriber relocates during the service term, they must return the equipment to CBB immediately.
